WRAL and the Sanford Herald (click here to see what the Herald has posted) are reporting that Sherrill Normann, Jr filed suit Monday against former Lee County School Superintendent James McCormick, alleging McCormick had an affair with the man's wife Margaret Dossenbach Normann for at least two years.
